Spoiler alert?I feel silly, but I didn't realize until quite late in the book that this is a retelling of "Cinderella"! I think it was that late realization that was most enjoyable to me, so perhaps if you knew it ahead of time it wouldn't have that pleasant surprise.As a retelling I found this to be very creative and imaginative. ![]() |
